Harriet Emerson

Harriet has worked in conflict resolution for 18 years. She has particular experience in complex multi-party, multi-issue disputes, and of conflicts with environmental dimensions. She has worked with a diverse range of parties in dispute, including individuals, not-for-profit development groups, NGOs, local communities, local government, State and semi-State agencies, and commercial interests.

Harriet is a certified mediator, trained in restorative practice and facilitation, and with a background in supporting community-based initiatives. Harriet applies approaches best suited to the specific situation, to assist parties in securing optimal outcomes and better futures. Her approach is firmly client-centred and this adds impressive focus and strength to her work.
