Renewed hope for action on the Mediation Bill?

Senator Martin Conway, Fine Gael’s Seanad spokesperson on Justice, yesterday brought a Private Member’s motion on Mediation in the Seanad, which appears to have prompted the Minister for Justice and Equality, Frances Fitzgerald, to recommit to enactment of the Mediation Bill.
